Our Story

Our journey has been anything but ordinary. In 2022, we decided to create an amazing smash burger concept. Starting in our backyard, we grew into farmers markets, pop up at breweries, and even private parties. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values of creating something in demand.

Now we are moving into a kitchen space! The Emerald Isle in Edison Park is like a homecoming to us. Conor grew up here and the sense of community has only grown in our favor. With Alyssa and Conor’s passion for cooking, it shines through with every bite.
